7th Day

So, here we are at the end of week one!

WEIGHT:  156

BREAKFAST:  Slice Ham, Coffee with creamer (had sugar – was given to me mistakenly by my dear sweet hubby). 

LUNCH:  Fasted (was not at home and nothing but sugar and carbs to eat!)

DINNER:  Bowl of grape nuts & Almond milk, 2 Jack in the Box tacos, & a banana  OH, and a handful of carrots.  I was STARVED!

I didn’t exercise, get up on time, nor am I in bed on time tonight.  Great. 

I am going to be up extra late tonight getting everything read for a first day back to school tomorrow!!!
