I, like so many other mamas, have a condition called Diastasis Recti (DR) which is a separation of the stomach muscle. Men can have it too so it’s not just having babies that can cause the muscles to separate. Heavy lifting can also cause the condition. Most doctors say the only fix is a tummy tuck.
