I’m thinking about taking the challenge to lose 5 lbs in a week. Starting tomorrow. I just want to jump-start my metabolism again.
According to some internet articles (see below) to lose 5 lbs in a week you need to –
1. Drink a ton of water (with lemon and/or mint leaves if so desired) – 1/2 your body weight in oz.
2. Don’t eat white rice, white pasta, bread, etc.
4. Get plenty of sleep
5. Eat a low calorie diet
6. Skip the bad carbs
7. Avoid the sodium
8. Frequent intense exercise for 1 min per exercise
