Happy New Year!

For years I began my New Year’s diet on January 1 (yes, it’s been a life-long struggle) but then I realized that I would wait since Jan 1 is New Year’s Day.  The holiday wasn’t over. 

I really need to sit down with some concrete goals.  I’m not in the mood to really work hard at this.  I am going gluten free (have been since before Thanksgiving) and I really want to do better about taking my vitamins – especially vitamin D.
