DAY 56

BREAKFAST – French Vanilla Cappuccino
I did however, pass up some donuts!
LUNCH – Meatloaf, green beans, salad, jumbalya
DINNER – jumbalya, cook-out in the backyard with hotdog, squash, sweet peppers, onions, fajita meat (chicken and beef), and bell pepper Shish kebabs

It’s gotten out of hand.  AGAIN!  Ugh!  Still no Armour either.  Maybe Day 57 I will get it.
