Day 32 – Happy Fall!

Weight 151.5

BREAKFAST – Meatloaf, coffee with milk
LUNCH – Meatloaf & ketchup, green beans, banana
SNACK – Almonds
DINNER – Meatloaf & ketchup

WOW, wow! – that was really bad.  Hardly any veggies – the meatloaf was packed full of onions, carrots, and celery.  Still.  Who eats like that? 

The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly

I DID exercise!  ;  )

We walked several blocks to an open field to see the Super Harvest Moon!  However, once we got there we had moon pies, sang moon songs, and howled.  I had to join in the celebration so I ate like 1/2 a pie – skipped the RC cola though! 

I’m scared to see what the scales will read tomorrow!
