My DIET 🙂

Weight 153

BREAKFAST:  Egg & Coffee
LUNCH:  Salad, tuna fish and Miracle Whip
SNACK:  Grapes & Ezekiel toast (found forgotten from breakfast, left in the toaster.  Retoasted it.  Of course it burnt.  Ate it anyway!)
DINNER:  Chicken fried rice – homemade
