Day 26

WEIGHT 152

Breakfast – Ham, sip black coffee
Lunch – Leftover rice & chicked with veggies
Dinner – Pizza, sip of soda & a chocolate Royals candy
Snack – Because I was tired & depressed – I ate a ton of cereal – Inot the entire box but way more than a 1 cup serving!

I’ve not kept schedule but I’ve been physically active, just no real exercise.
