WEIGHT – 153.5

BREAKFAST – Eggs and Ezekiel Bread
LUNCH – Salad, ham
DINNER – Scrambled Eggs & Spinach with onions and cheese

The Good, Bad, & Ugly
No sugar, too little water, & NO exercise

I just know if I can continue to make better choices, it will pay off and I will enjoy better health.
