I am having a difficult time getting a schedule. I need to start taking my meds at night so I can eat first thing in the morning, instead of having to wait.
BREAKFAST – Eggs & Ezekiel Bread
LUNCH – SALAD, Ham & Cheese, banana
SNACK – Banana
DINNER – Salmon patties & Green beans
The Good – no sugar!
The Bad – no water, well – not enough
The Ugly – no exercise, but I was active – that counts, right?
