BREAKFAST: Unhealthy French vanilla coffeemate creamer & coffee
LUNCH: Organic Mixed greens, cheese slice, Ezekiel bread, avacado, and a Roma tomato
SNACKS: Carrots, chips, raisins
DINNER: Soup – Rice, baked lemon $ garlic chicken, mixed veggies, organic chicken broth, and seasonings
The Good: I got up on time! : )
The Bad: I skipped breakfast because I didn’t want to take the time to make anything!
The Ugly: AGAIN, no exercise!
