WEIGHT 154

BREAKFAST – 1/2 slice turkey
  It’s what was in the fridge.
LUNCH – Chinese Buffet
DINNER – Banana
  I wasn’t too hungry after the buffet.  Guess the whole “You get hungry an hour after you eat Chinese” doesn’t hold true for me. 

The Good – I had a light breakfast and dinner.
The Bad – I didn’t exercise
The Ugly – I’m way off schedule and I feel rotten!  I’m going to take a pain pill and go to bed!
