Twelth Night (& Day)

Has it really been 12 days?!

WEIGHT:  154.5 (5lb weight loss)

BREAKFAST:  Forgot to eat.  I did make the toast and ate it at lunch time. 
Coffee with cream

LUNCH:  Forgotten toast
                    Banana and raisins
                    Taco Salad, chips and salsa

DINNER:  Small slice of pizza

SNACK:  Banana   

Probably more.  This is just what I actually remembered.          

The Good:  I was offered donuts and refused.
The Bad:  I didn’t keep my schedule.
The Ugly:  I didn’t exercise.  Shocker, I know.
