BREAKFAST: Coffee with cream (too busy to eat)
LUNCH: Leftover bean soup and taco salad
SNACK: Banana & Milk
DINNER: Chips and Salsa, Chicken, Rice, Peas, Soy Sauce
The GOOD – I hit a new low!
The BAD – I ate everything in a rush all day long.
And The UGLY – Too many chips. I was in a “down” state all day. I got WAY off schedule. NO exercise whatsoever!
Day eleven or “one” “one” (1-1), not so much winning go on! Oh, well, you can’t win ’em all!
